Job Overview
We are seeking the right Dental Hygienist to join our happy and motivated team. We are a private practice that is mostly fee for service and we take pride in our boutique patient experience. We also invest heavily in our team: we dedicate monthly time to team development and frequently attend continuing education courses together. Most recently we attended a team building workshop at Spear.

The ideal candidate will provide quality dental care and promote oral health in a professional and compassionate manner. They will be warm and friendly so all of our patients feel welcome in our office and also blend seamlessly into our caring team.

Responsibilities
- Conduct dental cleanings and assist dentists with codiagnosis and during examination
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices
- Take dental x-rays
- Perform charting of patients' dental conditions
- Administer fluoride treatments and apply sealants
- Sterilize dental instruments and equipment
- Maintain accurate patient records

Qualifications
- Degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program
- State licensure as a Dental Hygienist
- Laser and BLS certification
- Familiarity with dental clinic operations, medical imaging, HIPAA regulations
- Dentrix experience preferred
- Spanish speaker desired but not required
