Wage: Starting at $28/hr. Depending on qualifications. 

Hours: 7 am – 3 pm, Monday – Friday

Duties of the machining supervisor:

• Develop CNC programs for new production runs and modify existing programs for different machines.
• Collaborate with machine operators to perform quality checks and ensure parts meet specifications.
• Make manual adjustments to programs as needed during the manufacturing process.
• Lead and supervise a team of machine operators, providing guidance and support.
• Monitor the production process and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements of the machining supervisor:

• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• At least 5 years of experience in CNC programming and relevant machine operation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and communicate effectively.
• Experience with quality control processes and making adjustments to ensure product specifications.
