Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week, 8-hour shift. (Second and Night Shift available)

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines to perform machining operations according to specifications.
•  
• Read and interpret blueprints, stage drawings, and job orders to determine dimensions and tolerances.
• Follow SOPs for machining operations.
• Load and unload workpieces into the machine using hoists.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure parts are produced according to quality standards.
• Make adjustments to machine settings as needed to maintain product quality.
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments such as height stands, mics, calipers, ring gages and gages blocks.

Requirements:

• Proficient in operating CNC machines, specifically with experience using Fanuc or OSP
• Minimum 2 years experience of operating one of the following or similar machines: Doosan VMC, Doosan HM, Okuma HM. 
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices
• Familiarity with various types of tooling used in CNC machining.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, stage drawings, and job orders.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge and application of precise measuring instruments including but not limited to calipers, micrometers and depth gages.
• Experience using hand tools, and other equipment commonly used in machining operations.
