LTMC is seeking candidates for an Acquisition Systems Analyst position to support the Department of Justice Office of Justice Program.
The Acquisition Systems Analyst must meet the minimum qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree
• Three or more years of progressively responsible experience in Helpdesk Support, specifically Momentum, Unified Financial Management Systems (UFMS)
• Two years or more of work experience working in an acquisition/procurement or similar environment.
Acquisition Systems Analyst major functions:
Drafts written correspondence.
Performs advanced data analysis using statistical techniques.
Develop and implement data models and databases. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for data-driven decision-making.
Interprets data, analyzes results using statistical techniques. Develops and implements data analyses, data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality. Works on acquiring data from primary or secondary data sources and maintaining databases. Is responsible for developing and maintaining databases, data systems – reorganizing data in a readable format. Performs analysis to assess quality and meaning of data. Filters Data by reviewing reports and performance indicators to identify and correct code problems. Identifies, analyzes, and interprets patterns and trends in complex data sets that could be helpful for the diagnosis and prediction.
Is in charge of assigning numerical value to essential business functions so that business performance can be assessed and compared over periods of time.
Works on analyzing local, national, and global trends that impact both the organization and the industry.
Prepares reports for management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data.
Identify process improvement opportunities, propose system modifications, and devise data governance strategies.
Prepares final analysis reports for the stakeholders to understand the data-analysis steps, enabling them to take important decisions based on various facts and trends.
Works on documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs), data-related workflow processes, and maintaining data taxonomy and definitions. Also works on data management priorities.
Elicits, reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business requirements to create systems solutions that support overall product/project vision.
Documents system requirements, defines scope and objectives, and creates system specifications that drive system development and implementation.
Have both business and technical expertise.
