Job Description
· Will work with the president and the Engineering department on continuous improvement methodologies, performance metrics, KPI’s and OPEX projects
· Will focus on key plant metrics: safety, quality, time and delivery, equipment downtime and efficiency
Key Requirements
- 5+ years of continuous improvement experience
- Metals forming background – stamping is a huge plus
- Green belt of higher
