• This position is responsible for the production of high-quality medical devices mostly in a clean room environment.
• This position includes formulation of polymers and spray coating formulations, production of a medical device using a microscope, and operation of various equipment and machinery.
• **Please note: There is a possibility that production will shut down from Sept 19th to 26th. This is not confirmed yet. Regardless, you will go right back to work after if it were to happen.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operating machinery to produce medical devices to meet specifications.

2. Following manufacturing instructions and updating relevant job documentation accurately for traceability.

3. Product packing and sterilization preparation.

4. Product inspection using a microscope.

5. Ensuring activities comply with GMPs, setting up coating machines, coating, inspecting, and folding balloon catheters.

6. Preparing excipient formulations and spray coating formulations, testing formulations, packaging sterile and non-sterile finished or semi-finished goods.

7. Identifying supplies that need to be replenished, building components needed for top-level Work Orders, and completing cleaning activities as required.

8. Other duties as assigned.

Additional Information:

2nd: 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM

*Start times may be adjusted depending on the specific operations assigned. We do ask teammates to work overtime on weekdays and weekends (Saturday and Sunday) if needed.
