We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for an Accounting Generalist/Clerk in Denver, Colorado. This role is within the industry of accounting, where you'll be tasked with an array of responsibilities, from data entry to account management.
Responsibilities:
• Process and manage both Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) with precision and efficiency.
• Utilize Oracle NetSuite Technologies for various accounting processes.
• Carry out data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting and record keeping.
• Monitor customer accounts and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.• Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) management
• Demonstrated ability in Data Entry
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with Oracle NetSuite Technologies
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of general bookkeeping procedures
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
