Job Title: Loan Operations Representative
Job Description:
We are seeking a diligent and competent Loan Operations Representative to assist with the loan origination processes for one of our clients. This role will support the overall operations of the loan origination department and includes special projects depending on experience! The ideal candidate will provide accurate and timely service to both their internal and external customers and will play a crucial role in supporting the bank's lending functions.
Responsibilities:
1.Prepare and review consumer loan documents to properly represent the structure of the final approval.
2.Book loans to the core system proficiently.
3.Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of all consumer loan types and products.
4.Possess working knowledge of organizational documents including Property Reports, Insurance Policies and Flood Reports to ensure compliance with loan approval requirements.
5.Effectively use the Laser Pro documentation software for day-to-day operations.
6.The role involves dealing with several types of loans including consumer and unsecured loans.
7.Prepare and verify the loan document package which includes data testing and pre-closing of the loan.
8.Review and test the loan origination system, ensuring correct data mapping and timely receipt of documents.
9.Compare and contrast the old system with the new one, understanding the different duties associated with each.
This company is also undergoing a system implementation for their loan origination software, and you can be a part of it! If you enjoy special projects, there are specific duties to this implementation and they need your help!
Location: Downtown Pittsburgh, PA. Local candidates will be required to work onsite. Exceptional candidates meeting all the requirements may be allowed to work remotely.
Schedule: The hours for this position are standard business hours, Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week. They are somewhat flexible with the start time; the ideal start time is 8am but candidates may be allowed to start slightly earlier or slightly later. An 8-hour day is expected, Monday through Friday.
Duration: This is a LONG-TERM CONTRACT opportunity with a great organization! Estimated duration is a minimum of 1 year, but possibly longer. There is also a possibility that this evolves into a role where you could be hired by the organization.

In order to be considered for this Loan Origination Support role, you must have prior loan experience!
Here is a list of their requirements:

2.Familiarity with basic loan concepts and documents such as rates, collateral, and security agreement.
3.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently.

6.Proficiency in the use of LaserPro, Fiserv, Navigator, and Crif (loan origination software) is very beneficial!
