We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. In this role, you will play a critical part in interpreting data, analyzing results, and providing actionable insights to support decision-making processes within our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Collect and preprocess data from multiple sources such as Azure and SQL Server.
• Utilize statistical techniques to interpret data and generate useful business reports.
• Perform regular data audits to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to maintain and improve data quality.
• Develop predictive models to forecast business metrics and outcomes.
• Provide analytical support to cross-functional teams based on their data needs.
• Communicate complex data findings in an understandable manner to non-technical stakeholders.
• Propose and implement process improvements to enhance data analysis efficiency.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI.• Must hold a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a similar role as a Senior Data Analyst.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Ability to create and manage databases.
• Knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) principles and practices.
• Experience in creating dashboards to present data in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
