Job Type: Contract Placement [FULL TIME (>=40 HRS WEEKLY)], [CONTRACT], [HYBRID]
Pay Range: $60-$64.53 hourly

Requirements:
Responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivery of defined deliverables which usually requires engagement from multiple teams such as a project or smaller program. Communicates the work objectives, coordinates delivery, manages risks, ensures compliance to standards, and provides end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables. Ensures execution and delivery meets the client’s expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, timeline and cost. Coordinates and facilitates routines to support delivery – e.g., kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, etc. Plans and coordinates delivery and dependencies with across multiple teams. Facilitates dependency management/risk management/impediment removal for the defined deliverables. Promotes/facilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timeline. Gathers/facilitates status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks/issues, and schedule. Ensures that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements by working with the sponsor/stakeholders. Ensures deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards. Supports resource planning for delivery/execution. Individual Contributor.
Responsibilities include:
Responsible for establishing and managing projects to collectively deliver desired business outcomes. Project managers lead a variety of different types of projects utilizing several different methodologies including large scale application development, systems integration, operational efficiency improvements, process reengineering, and infrastructure upgrade and deployments. Project managers may manage multiple projects and may have end to end responsibility for the work effort and may lead both technology and non-technology initiatives. Project Manager will also be responsible for project financials partner closely with Line of Business Change Management teams to provide updates on technology deliverables.
This person is responsible for end-to-end technology delivery of the assigned project and is the primary point of escalation for technology issues. Drives overall technology execution and manages line of business stakeholder relationships and acts as their advocate throughout the life of the project.
Plans, organizes, monitors and controls projects using appropriate tools and techniques to ensure efficient and effective project completion. Develop and socialize potential risk mitigation strategies.
Effectively communicates with managers, peers and business partners on deliverables, timelines and support needed. Partners with the business to develop and transition plans, including ongoing success measures, to sustain the change. Responsible for financials and project documents. Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
