Job Description

• Will provide leadership to the quality department and implement the overall quality system
• Will serve as a liaison between production and management regarding quality issues
• Responsible for handling quality documentation (PPAP’s, corrective actions, audits etc.)
• Will perform plant-wide audits on quality related activities and supplier qualities issues with offsite visits
• Will coordinate IATF certification efforts to pass IATF Audits
• Responsible for implementing lean processes to improve quality flow

Key Requirements

• Quality Management experience – automotive is preferred
• IATF16949 documentation experience – PPAP’s
• Corrective actions and team building experience
• Ability to maintain customer relationships
• Bachelor of Science degree is preferred but not required
