Job Description: Case Manager RN
- Employment Type: Contract
- Location: Albany, GA
- Status: Accepting Candidates
- Certifications Required: BLS
Shift Lengths: 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts
Job Overview:
- Work across various inpatient units, including Med/Surg, ICU, L&D, NICU, and Mother/Baby.
- Experience Requirement:
- 5 years of total nursing experience.
- At least 2 years must be within a hospital setting, specifically noted on the resume.
- Must possess experience in Utilization Review (UR) and Care Transitions.
- Strong background in plex discharge planning within a hospital environment.
- Licensing: Must hold a valid GA RN License.
