Job Title: CNC Operator
Job Description
Produces individualized dental prosthetic products while conforming to the company’s culture established by our CIRCLe values, taking personal responsibility for actions and treating fellow employees, customers, and vendors respectfully and ethically.
Hard Skills
- Operational responsibility for the equipment covering milling and/or additive manufacturing, finishing and detailing of restorative dental products
- Machine operation and cleaning
- Handling secondary equipment and related processes
- Inspection utilizing manual and automated inspection equipment along with visual inspection using a microscope
- Batching and mixing of ceramic materials
- Set up/preset tools
- Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Standard Work (SW)
- Install and adjust milling tools
- Inspect and test work pieces throughout the production run
- Perform visual and functional in-process Quality Control (QC) inspections
- Utilize various inspection equipment such as hand measuring tools and Zeiss Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM)
- Perform daily, weekly & monthly maintenance of machines
- Operate all secondary equipment as required within product line or manufacturing cell
- Work as part of a team to improve manufacturing processes through Kaizen
- Meet daily production objectives and on-time delivery
- Manage time effectively to keep machines operating at capacity
- Maintain safety policies and procedures, including 5S initiatives and housekeeping
- Identify safety hazards in the workplace and correct/remove or escalate
- Attend and participate in Daily Management / Safety Committees / Training
- 1+ years of CNC Experience
- Basic Blueprint Reading
- In-process Inspection

This is a fully on-site position in Mahwah, New Jersey.
Work Environment
ManufacturingShift: 2nd (2:00PM - 10:00PM) Mon-Fri*Must be available to work weekends and potentially holidays if neededTraining shift for up to 3-4 months may vary. Please specify if a candidate can only train on a specific shift.
