We are seeking a skilled Ultrasonographer to join our medical team. The Ultrasonographer will be responsible for performing diagnostic sonographic examinations utilizing ultrasonic equipment to locate, evaluate, and record critical anatomical details.
Duties:
- Conduct ultrasound procedures following established protocols
- Prepare patients for procedures by explaining the process and positioning them correctly
- Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment
- Analyze technical information to provide preliminary findings for physicians
- Document procedures and patient information accurately
- Ensure patient comfort and safety during procedures
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in aseptic technique to maintain a sterile environment
- In-depth knowledge of anatomy and physiology
- Experience in Emergency Room (ER) settings is beneficial
- Expertise in sonography techniques and medical imaging
- Familiarity with medical terminology for effective communication with healthcare professionals
- Ability to perform diagnostic evaluations using ultrasound technology
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Strong understanding of anatomy and physiology
- Proficiency in medical imaging techniques
- Knowledge of aseptic technique for maintaining sterile conditions
