Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team near Byron, Georgia. The BCBA will work primarily at one school, assisting a child with challenging behaviors and supporting the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who provides daily assistance to the child. Your role will involve developing behavior intervention plans, conducting assessments, and providing training and guidance to staff and families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement behavior intervention plans
• Conduct functional behavior assessments
• Provide training and support to RBTs, staff, and families
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of intervention plans
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support the child's needs

Requirements:

• Must hold a BCBA license in Georgia
• Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
