We are in search of an Office Administrator to join our team in Lake Worth, Florida. As an integral part of our company, you will be tasked with managing office tasks in a construction environment. This role will involve handling customer inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and processing applications.
Responsibilities:
• Answering phones and managing customer inquiries in a professional manner
• Handling both incoming and outgoing mail efficiently
• Scheduling and accepting deliveries as required
• Issuing purchase orders for mechanics and other team members
• Processing new hires and managing health insurance renewal and employee enrollment
• Ensuring the management of vehicle registrations is up to date
• Overseeing the scanning and filing of documents for record keeping
• Managing incoming invoice ticket matching and outgoing payable payments
• Utilizing proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) in daily tasks
• Using Accounting Software Systems for financial tasks and payroll processing.• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is essential for the role.
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is required.
• Capability in creating and managing Banner Ads is necessary.
• Applicants should have proficiency in various Computer Programs.
• Experience with CRM is a must for effective customer relationship management.
• Familiarity with About Time software is required.
• Ability to handle Answering Inbound Calls efficiently and professionally.
• Must be able to perform Billing Functions accurately and timely.
• Applicants should be capable of performing various Clerical Duties.
• Excellent Communication skills are essential for effective internal and external correspondence.
