We are offering a contract-to-hire employment opportunity for a Software Developer L3 in the automotive industry, based in Marysville, Ohio. This role requires a hybrid work arrangement. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions, leading the architecture and design of complex systems, and providing technical leadership to development teams.

Hybrid 3 days onsite

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement solutions using CATIA DELMIA CAA and the 3Dx platform to meet business requirements

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical specifications

• Lead the architecture and design of complex systems ensuring scalability, performance, and security

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle

• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CATIA DELMIA CAA and 3Dx platform

• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge

• Utilize strong proficiency in C and other relevant programming languages

• Work independently and manage multiple projects effectively

• Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or masters degree in mechanical engineering or computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in software development and architecture with a focus on CATIA, DELMIA CAA, and the 3Dx platform.

• Strong proficiency in C++ and other relevant programming languages.

• In-depth knowledge of CATIA and DELMIA CAA architecture and development environment.

• Experience with the 3Dx platform and its integration with other systems.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with other CAD software and PLM systems.

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

• Knowledge of additional programming languages such as Python or Java.

• Experience with cloud-based development and deployment
