Responsibilities:
- Implement automation for IT processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Provide end-user support to ensure seamless IT operations
- Provision new employees, ensuring timely and accurate setup of necessary systems and accounts
- Mature usage of Intune and Defender for Endpoint usage to enhance security and management of devices
- Create and deploy group policies to maintain a controlled and secure IT environment
- Identify opportunities for automation and implement solutions to reduce manual workloads
- Provide technical support to users, resolving issues and improving user experience
- Maintain and improve technical computer skills including knowledge of operating systems, networking, and hardware
- Utilize Active Directory and Azure Active Directory for effective management of user accounts and access
- Employ Powershell automation experience to streamline and automate repetitive tasks.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in End-User Support and User Support is required.
- Knowledge of Active Directory/Azure Active Director is required.
- Experience with Endpoint Protection is required.
- Experience with Intune for device management, device compliance, application deployment is required.
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 is required.
- Experience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint is required.
- Powershell automation experience is required.
- Technical computer skills including knowledge of operating systems, networking and/or hardware is required.
- Detail oriented and strong communication, customer service, analytical and problem-solving skills is required.
- Technical aptitude.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Windows Server management (e.g. Server 2012 R2+)
- Server management via Azure Arc
