R&D Electronics Engineer: Pays $85K-$90K - Will support engineers in testing, planning, and designing electronic controls for manufacturing equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and develop electrical parts for automated medical equipment, including PLC systems and robotics.
Conduct safety evaluations and create safety systems for R&D equipment.
Assist with engineering projects by reviewing diagrams, troubleshooting electrical issues, and supporting technical solutions.
Develop and test products or systems to improve performance and ensure quality.
Document design activities using engineering tools.
Program PLCs and related devices, and document these activities.
Perform other assigned duties.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering (BSEE) with 5+ years of experience, or equivalent education/experience.
Skills:
Read and analyze technical reports and communicate effectively.
Apply advanced math concepts.
Problem-solving skills to develop solutions.
Operate specialized equipment like oscilloscopes and digital meters.
Physical Requirements:
Additional Skills:
Experience with robotics in machine design and programming.
Familiarity with Direct Logic, Do-more, and C-more programming.
Ability to write technical documents.
Proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
