Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Speech-Language Pathologists to implement treatment plans and interventions designed to address speech, language, and munication goals.
• Assist in conducting assessments and evaluations to gather relevant information about students' speech and language abilities.
• Provide individual or group therapy sessions to students under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Monitor and document client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Implement various therapeutic techniques and exercises to improve speech production, articulation, language prehension, and expressive language skills.
• Help students develop and enhance social munication skills.
• Teach students and their family strategies and techniques to improve munication outside of therapy sessions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in munication Sciences and Disorders or related field.
• Current certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) from a recognized certifying organization.
• Previous experience working with individuals with munication disorders is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written munication skills.
