Job Overview: Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated Paraprofessional for a full-time, onsite position in the Buckingham, PA area. This role is available for the 2024-2025 school year and will focus on a 1-on-1 caseload. We are looking for a passionate individual to provide personalized support to a student, ensuring their academic and personal needs are met effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one assistance to a student, helping with academic tasks and personal needs.
• Implement the students Individualized Education Program (IEP) under the guidance of the supervising teacher or special education staff.
• Support the student in classroom activities and assignments, ensuring they can participate fully in their educational experience.
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff to monitor and address the student's progress and needs.
• Maintain clear and effective munication with the student's family and educational team.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant coursework in education or a related field is preferred.
• Experience working with students with special needs is advantageous.
• Strong munication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with educators, students, and families.
• A mitment to supporting the educational and personal growth of the student.
