Virtual School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Location: Michigan (Remote/Work From Home_
Job type: Fulltime/ Part time Contract
Pay: $46/Hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual assessments to diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs.
• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students via virtual platforms.
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student success.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided and student progress.
• Stay current with best practices and advancements in speech-language pathology and virtual therapy delivery.
• Adhere to all state and federal regulations regarding speech-language services in schools.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid Michigan state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
• Experience providing speech and language therapy in a school setting preferred.
