We are partnering with a school in the Kelso, Washington area to find a full-time, on-site, Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for the full 2024-2025 school year. We are looking for a kind and caring candidate that meets the requirements below to join our Special Education team! As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will provide meaningful and life changing services to our Special Education students.

Requirements:

• Must have an active SLP Washington License
• Must have a Master s Degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Will consider CCC or CFY candidates

Position Details:

• 08/28/2024-06/13/2025
• Full-time / 37.5 hours per week
• Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 4:00 pm or 4:30 pm
• Caseload: TK - 5th grade students, 45 - 45 students on caseload, assistant for support; specific caseload details will be provided during the interview process
• Pay Range: $35 - $55 per hour, depending on previous experience

General Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and assessments to diagnose speech, voice, fluency, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each client's needs.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to support the client's progress.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for each client.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for speech therapy services.
