We are looking to hire a Software Engineer in Boca Raton, Florida. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity. The successful candidate will play a key role in the design, development, and deployment of crucial elements of our software platform. This role is integral to our cross-functional teams, helping to define and design new features, ensuring the performance and quality of our applications, and identifying and resolving any issues.

Responsibilities:

• Leading the design, development, and deployment of key components of our software platform.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features.
• Ensuring the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identifying and rectifying bottlenecks and bugs in the system.
• Assisting with maintaining code quality, organization, and automation processes.
• Mentoring junior engineers and conducting code reviews to improve team practices.
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest technology trends and applying best practices within the context of the product.
• Working closely with product managers and UX designers to ensure the technical feasibility of product roadmaps.
• Contributing to the strategic direction of our system architecture.
• Developing skills in API Development, ASP.NET, .NET, .NET Framework, Azure DevOps, Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CICD), Agile SDLC, SDLC Methodology, C Sharp Programming (C#), C# - Sharp.

• Proven experience in API Development

• Proficiency in ASP.NET

• Strong understanding of .NET and .NET Framework

• Experience with Azure DevOps

• Knowledge of Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CICD)

• Familiarity with Agile SDLC and SDLC Methodology

• Expertise in C Sharp Programming (C#)

• Ability to program in C# - Sharp

• Degree in Computer Science or a related field

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to work independently and manage one’s time

• Attention to detail to design and debug software systems

• Understanding of the latest software engineering trends, development tools, and best practices
