• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and ability to use it for financial analysis and reporting
• Experience in performing Month End Close procedures in a timely and accurate manner
• Familiarity with NetSuite and Oracle financial software for managing business functions
• Proficiency in SAP for managing financial transactions and reporting
• Demonstrated ability to work as a Senior Associate in Corporate Development or similar roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Senior Associate - Corp Development in Austin, TX, 18104, United States. In this role, you will be working closely with cross-functional teams to lead and support strategic initiatives. This includes playing a key role in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic partnerships, and long-term planning.
Responsibilities:
• Lead strategic initiatives including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships
• Conduct market research and financial analysis to identify and evaluate potential business opportunities
• Develop financial models and perform valuation analyses to support business case presentations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage due diligence processes and integrate new acquisitions
• Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to provide actionable insights and recommendations
• Assist in the development and execution of corporate strategy and long-term planning
• Use your skills in Account Reconciliation, Balance Sheet Reconciliation, Bank Reconciliations, General Ledger, Journal Entries, Microsoft Excel, Month End Close, NetSuite, Oracle, and SAP to perform your duties effectively.
