Job Overview: Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated and experienced BCBA to join our team in the Unity Village, MO area. This full-time, onsite position for the 2024-2025 school year offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with students, families, and staff to provide high-quality behavioral support and interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students.
• Implement and monitor behavior modification strategies and interventions.
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to ensure effective implementation of BIPs.
• Provide training and support to staff and caregivers on behavior management techniques.
• Analyze and report on student progress, making necessary adjustments to interventions as needed.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.
• Previous experience working in a school setting is preferred.
• Strong skills in behavior assessment, intervention planning, and data analysis.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Commitment to improving student outcomes through evidence-based practices.
