Responsibilities

• Accurately process patient registration forms and ensure all information is correctly logged into the Cerner system.

• Monitor and update admission and discharge logs on a regular basis.

• Handle patient inquiries related to registration, billing, and authorizations.

• Perform document scanning and data entry tasks to maintain comprehensive digital records for each patient.

• Carry out regular reconciliation activities against the patient census to ensure all data is up-to-date and accurate.

• Collaborate closely with the healthcare administration team to ensure smooth operation of all billing functions.
