Adecco Healthcare is searching for a Maintenance Supervisor to become part of our client's team in Saint Albans, VT 05478. This position is direct-hire.
Pay
75,000-85,000/yr
Shift & Additional Details
- 2nd or 3rd shift Monday-Friday
- 2nd Shift: 3pm-12am
- 3rd Shift: 11pm- 8 am
Job Summary
Provide work direction and supervision to maintenance employees to ensure the effective delivery of maintenance services in accordance with the company’s policies, OSHA regulations, and applicable laws. Function as a resource and point of escalation to direct reports. Coach, mentor, and provide performance development opportunities to team members on an ongoing basis.
Qualifications
- 1 year of supervisory experience, lead experience
- Food manufacturing experience preferred.
- Mechanical background
- Someone that has been working with manufacturing/ industrial experience.
- HS diploma or GED
