Robert Half Management Resources is seeking a highly skilled Interim Finance Manager to join our hospital client on an interim basis to provide critical support during a period of transition. Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team of 5-7 finance professionals responsible for FP& A, reporting, and ad hoc projects.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of accurate financial forecasts, budgets, and financial statements.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare and present financial reports to executive leadership and stakeholders.
• Advise on financial strategies and decision-making to support organizational goals.
• Manage and optimize financial processes and systems, including Lawson or similar ERP systems.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial alignment and support operational needs.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance management, with a preference for experience in the healthcare industry.
• Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
• Experience with Lawson or other ERP systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
