Robert Half HR Solutions is currently partnering with a client in Metro Atlanta that is looking to add a Compensation Analyst to their team. In this role, you will be managing the compensation program for their employees across the US and Canada. This position is an integral part of our client's team, focusing on maintaining and developing our compensation strategies and processes. This position is hybrid.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the company's compensation program for employees across multiple locations.
• Develop and implement compensation strategies to ensure equitable and competitive pay rates.
• Conduct regular compensation reviews and propose adjustments as needed.
• Collaborate with HR and Management teams to understand job functions and ensure accurate job descriptions for compensation analysis.
• Utilize skills in Annual Compensation, Compensation - Executive, and Compensation Administration for effective management of compensation strategies.
• Analyze compensation data to ensure the company's pay scale complies with changing laws and regulations.
• Prepare detailed reports regarding job descriptions, job analysis, and compensation analysis.
• Participate in salary surveys and interpret salary data.
• Provide guidance to HR and management teams on pay decisions, policy interpretations, and job evaluations.
• Stay updated with latest trends and best practices in compensation analysis.
• Demonstrated expertise in Annual Compensation practices and strategies.
• • Proven experience in Compensation Administration, including developing, implementing, and managing compensation policies and programs.
• Ability to analyze compensation data and metrics to ensure market competitiveness.
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey compensation plans and policies to employees and management.
• Proficient in using compensation management software and HRIS systems.
• Familiarity with applicable local, state, and federal rules and laws related to compensation.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field is preferred.
• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification is advantageous.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
