Position Overview: The Certified Scrub Tech will assist in various surgical procedures, including General Surgery, Urology, Orthopedics, Podiatry, Gynecology (excluding OB), Cataracts, and ENT. This role requires a strong foundation in surgical practices and adherence to sterile techniques to ensure the safety and success of surgical operations.

Shift Details:

• Regular Hours: Monday to Friday, 0700-1530
• On-Call: Monday to Friday, 1530-1900, rotated among 3 scrub techs
• Holidays: No holiday shifts required

Education & Experience Minimum Requirements:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED
• Training: Graduation from an approved Surgical Technology Training Program OR Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with previous scrub experience

Certification, Licensure, Registration Minimum Required:

• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)
• Surgical Technologist Certification (CST or NCCT)
