Hourly pay rate $39/hour

Centurion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive services to the Maryland Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services.   We are currently seeking a Full-time LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) to join our Substance Use Disorder team at Jessup Correctional Institution (JCI) located in Jessup, Maryland. 

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) (SUD) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of Registered Nurses (RN) and medical and psychiatric staff, to respond to a range of physical and behavioral health needs.

• Active LPN license to practice in Maryland
• Minimum of two years of experience working in a community or correctional based substance abuse clinic
• Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)/ BLS
• Current tuberculosis documentation
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check

Available shift:  full time, Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm
