Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (preferred)

• New Grads: Accepted
• PTA: Not accepted
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week with potential to work up to 40 hours
• Patient Load: 12-14 patients per day
• Productivity Expectation: 60 visits per week
