Key Responsibilities:

• Review and verify prescriptions for accuracy.
• Dispense medications and provide counsel on proper usage.

• Manage and monitor drug therapy and treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and hospital policies.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive pharmacy records.

Shift:

• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday: 9:00am - 5:30pm
• Thursday: 8:00am - 5:30pm
• Contract: Tentatively 12/1 to 3/15

Qualifications:

• KS Pharmacist License
• 1+ year or more of recent experience
