Job Description and Responsibilities:
Individualized Support: Provide one-on-one behavioral support services to students, ensuring personalized attention and care.
Behavior Plan Implementation: Execute behavior intervention plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), implementing effective strategies to support student progress.
Collaborative Approach: Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure consistency and effectiveness in interventions, creating a supportive environment for students.
Documentation Management: Maintain detailed documentation of student progress and behavior data, facilitating informed decision-making and ongoing evaluation of intervention outcomes.
Requirements:
RBT Certification: Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is required, along with a background in BACB accredited RBT training.
Experience and Skills: Previous experience working with children with special needs is advantageous, along with strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
