LHH seeks a Bilingual Medical Admin Float.
The Bilingual Medical Admin Float is the first person a client meets and it is essential in making sure that new clients have a successful first impression.
Facilitating referrals and appointments.
Providing details about agency programs.
Answering initial insurance coverage questions
Handling various administrative tasks in support of client care.
Ensuring that emails, phone calls and visitors are logged and directed to the appropriate staff or department in a courteous and professional manner.
Collect copayments, schedule appointments, and support various departments.
Spanish Speaking required
Salary: $18-20/hr
