Title: Team Lead - Flexographic Printing

Job Summary: We are seeking a full-time experienced Printing Press Team Lead (Flexographic) for our O’Fallon, Missouri location.

1st Shift Available

Job Functions:

• Supervise and direct the activities of shift team members.
• Provide training and support to team members as needed.
• Maintain a productive work environment, engaging the employees and work teams, providing resources, setting priorities, and monitoring progress.
• Setup, operate, monitor, and maintain the printing press.
• Monitor the quality of printed materials, conducting regular inspections, and implementing corrective actions to address any defects or inconsistencies.
• Ensure all team members adhere to safety protocols, conducting regular safety training and audits to maintain a safe working environment.
• Communicate with all levels of the organization on key issues.
• Achieve standards for output, waste, and quality inspection as necessary.
• Accurately complete documents at the press, including quality inspection signoffs on orders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in flexographic printing, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting flexographic printing presses, with an understanding of pre-press and post-press processes.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 1-year experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be able and willing to train on 1st or 2nd shift.

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift + overtime
• 1st Shift: Mon-Fri | 7:00am – 2:30pm
• 2nd Shift: Mon-Fri | 2:00pm – 10:30pm
• 3rd Shift: Sun-Thur | 10:00pm – 6:00am

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $33.00 - $38.00 per hour
