Working out of our San Diego office, the Marketing Coordinator plays an integral role to the growth of RICK. You will be coordinating the proposal process, strategy development, building relationships with technical partners, executing our creative visions, and inspiring others. We collaborate with designers, engineers, and project managers to pursue projects that create resilient communities and infrastructure.

ESSENTIAL TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

·         Prepare thoughtful, high-impact, and engaging pursuits, presentations, and promotional materials, which highlight our depth of                        experience, expertise, and creativity

·         Analyze SOQ/RFQ/RFP documents to develop detailed compliance and responsibilities matrices

·         Create proposal outlines and schedule of deliverables which may involve multiple RICK offices, staff participants, and subconsultant                firms.

·         Update resumes, references, and project sheets, as well as keeping additional company information current

·         Evaluate technical content to ensure RFP requirements and evaluation criteria are met and the proposal is compliant.

·         Assure promotional items meet brand guidelines

·         Organize and/or participate in select client fundraisers or organizational events.

·         Manage promotional inventory and delivery for events and meetings listed above. Research and introduce new items.

·         Introduce creative ways to maximize sponsorships, partnerships, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Candidate will have a four year degree in Marketing or related field, plus a minimum of 1-5 years’ experience providing marketing experience. Time management, Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
