We are looking for people with great attitudes and who love great tea as much as we do! We offer a fast promotion track and raises that are given upon completion of skill tests as well as upon job performance every 3-6 months.

Job Description/Responsibilities:

• Greet each customer as they enter and ensure they have a good experience from beginning to end
• Answer any questions guests may have regarding our menu and ingredients
• Accurately receive and handle payments
• Accurately receive orders
• Follow proper SOP when preparing beverages
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Effectively communicate with other staff and customers
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and under pressure
• Ability to lift 10 lbs or more
• Must be able to work at least 2 shifts per week

Skills/Experience:

• Experience in the food industry is preferred but not required
• Customer service
• Basic math skills
• Communication skills
• *must have Food Handlers License prior to starting*

Pay: From $13.50-$20 per hour
