FIRE Physical Therapy is searching for a part-time or full-time high caliber physical therapist or occupational therapist with training in orthopedics and/or pelvic floor therapy to join our growing team in Dallas, TX. There is opportunity for clinicians desiring mobile visits, in-clinic visits, or hybrid. Our clinic is out of network with all insurance companies therefore treatment times are 1 on 1, 60 minutes, and customized for each patient experience.

Patient care and philosophy is meant to be approached with a holistic lens. Skills in Functional Manual Therapy™ and/or a Certification in Functional Manual Therapy are highly desired. Minimum entry level training in pelvic floor physical therapy is encouraged, but not required.

Requirements:
➢ Current active Texas professional license (PT or OT)
➢ Minimum 2 years clinical experience
➢ Current CPR/AED certification
➢ Excellent ability to communicate with patients, colleagues, and referral sources ➢ Motivation and curiosity in the human condition
Roles & Responsibilities:
Each therapist is expected to demonstrate clinical and administrative task completion that is relevant to staying up to date with patient documentation and referring provider communication. More specific details will be discussed in the interview process. Marketing, community education, and outreach responsibilities are built into monthly work expectations. Completion of these responsibilities are consistent with the clinic culture work-life balance as mentioned in clinic culture.
