As the product marketing manager, you will:
· Evaluate the products of the Exacompta Clairefontaine manufacturing entities, perform marketing research in the fine art, stationery, and hobby industries, and then apply relevant findings to select the best products for the US market.
· Prepare and lead the selected products’ go-to-market strategy, developing content about them for our retail customers, the sale force, and the end-users.
· Target the relevant industries by analyzing the products’ competition, its pricing, programs, and success.
· Oversee customer response and adjust on-going marketing support directly to consumers as well as to our retail partners and sale force.

· Manage annual marketing calendar.
· Manage quality control for all marketing deliverables.
· Influence strategic planning in collaboration with sales.
· Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, including PR, event marketing and paid media, that align with Exaclair’ s goals and objectives.
· Manage and attend trade show and special event planning, execution, and follow-up, including prioritizing industry events based on strategic goals.
· Develop materials based on marketing calendar (catalogs, brochures, blogs, website, video, print, etc.)
· Maintain internal communications to facilitate information sharing.
· Oversee digital media and social media initiatives.
· Foster a culture of collaboration, trust, and continuous improvement.
· Manage and enhance our digital assets including brand websites, B2B shopping portal, newsletters, visuals, etc.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
· 10+ years of experience as a Marketing Director or similar role
· Experience with e-commerce (Amazon, Walmart..)
· Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies
· Proficiency with the following programs: Magento, Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive, Mailchimp
· Excellent leadership and organizational skills
· Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
· Creative thinking and problem-solving aptitude
· Experience with a B2B company is preferred.
· Ability to travel as required.
