TAX PARTNER needed (NYC-hybrid role) for a major consulting firm. Oversee and provide strategic tax planning, compliance, and advisory services to emerging and startup companies and entrepreneurs in sectors including technology, food & beverage, health & beauty, and professional services. Advise on fundraising, M&A, international expansion. SALT. Offer guidance on structuring equity compensation plans for employees, including stock options, restricted stock units, R&D tax credits, etc. Lead and manage a team of tax professionals. Participate in business development activities. BA/BS (or equivalent experience), CPA, and “Big 4” (or other top firms)required. Base salary range of $250-500k.
