Robert Half is partnering with a growing global organization based in the State College, PA area. We're seeking a Senior Accountant with a CPA qualification, and experience with GAAP and non-GAAP accounting standards. With your detailed-oriented approach, strong analytical skills, and exceptional problem-solving abilities, you'll play a key role in our financial strategy and growth.

Responsibilities of the Senior Accountant:

• Review and posting accounting transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.

• Develop and implement accounting processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

• Conduct monthly GL account reconciliation in support of monthly close.

• Assist in compiling monthly and annual information in accordance with multiple accounting standards.

• Manage and record intercompany transactions, including providing assistance with transfer pricing.

• Create and maintain necessary supporting schedules and reconciliations.

• Conduct research on accounting standards and requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field; 4+ years of related experience.

• CPA certification is required

• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software
