In this entry-level role, you’ll gain hands-on experience by supporting and maintaining our computer systems, both hardware and software, across multiple locations in the U.S. You’ll assist with new office setups, troubleshoot technical issues, manage timeclock devices, and maintain security systems like SimpliSafe. Essential Functions and Duties

• Travel to various locations outside of Texas to provide onsite support.
• Assist with setting up new office spaces, including moving and installing office equipment.
• Install and maintain timeclock devices and security systems, including SimpliSafe.
• Support users with Office 365 applications and helpdesk tickets.
• Troubleshoot and maintain Apple and Samsung cell phones, printers, scanners, and other office equipment.
• Manage equipment inventory and ensure proper disposal of outdated equipment.
• Perform other tasks as needed to support the IT department.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Team player with a positive attitude and a detail-oriented approach.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues, both onsite and remotely.

Preferred Certifications (Not Required)

• CompTIA A+
• CompTIA IT Fundamentals (ITF+)
• Google IT Support
