THIS IS A 6+ MONTH ASSIGNMENT!!!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Performs repairs and maintenance in plant or office facilities, or on machines and equipment. Typically performs work in one or more of the maintenance trades: carpentry, plumbing, painting, machine and equipment repair and electrical.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

o High School Diploma and a minimum 2 years' experience working as a maintenance technician.

o Basic understanding of vacuum, electrical, hydraulic and other systems.

o Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.

o Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices.

o Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills.

o Strong electrical skills.

o Other duties to support Maintenance Team as assigned o Collecting and taking out trash and recycling o Emptying trash cans o Using equipment, commercial vacuums, floor buffers and carpet cleaners o Positive individual who is willing to expand current skill set, through schooling and training.

o Strong interpersonal communication skills with ability to work with others at all levels of the organization.

o Strong attention to detail and accuracy o Ability to multitask and prioritize.

o Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

o Able to solve problems.

o Willingness to meet customer needs.

o Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced, diverse environment.

EDUCATION:

High school diploma or equivalent/GED is required.

School must be accredited.
