What you get to do with us:

- Gather underwriting details and negotiate account renewals with company underwriters.
- Process client service requests including endorsements, cancellations, audits, and more.
- Review and issue certificates in compliance with industry standards.
- Handle invoicing in accordance with company procedures.
- Maintain accurate files and data integrity in our agency management system, Nexsure.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client service needs.

What we need you to have:
- MUST HAVE Active Property/Casualty Insurance License.
- Thorough understanding and ability to analyze insurance coverage forms and policies.
- Advanced customer service skills with a commitment to client satisfaction.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Commercial Insurance Account Management.
