We have partnered with a Public Accounting Firm on their search for a Tax Manager. The Tax Manager will be responsible for preparing quarterly and annual tax provisions, creating and implementing strategic tax planning, preparing and filing accurate and timely tax returns, assisting with merger and acquisition projects, identifying opportunities for tax savings, staying abreast of legislative and regulatory tax laws, reviewing tax projections, preparing tax-related financial disclosures, and conducting research on complex tax issues and providing guidance to management on tax implications. To be successful in this role, the Tax Manager must have in-depth knowledge of tax laws and regulations, strong analytical and problem solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

The ideal Staff Accountant will have a Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance.
Other requirements for the Staff Accountant role include and are not limited to:
· CPA required
· 5+ years of public accounting experience
· Experience with any tax preparation software
