10+ years of engineering experience, or comparable experience

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and applicable Engineering Software
Experience in the medical device industry and FDA Regulations is preferred
Experience with project management is preferred.
5+ years leading electrical designs in cross-functional teams consisting of discipline-specific engineers, or comparable experience
Preferred Experience:
Design of multiple circuit boards with embedded processors (ARM is preferred) that were produced in medium to high volume (5,000 to 1,000,000 boards per year) with at least one of the designs running an RTOS, Linux, or Windows CE.
Experience working with schematics (DxDesigner), layouts (Mentor Graphics Expedition), and design analysis (Mentor Graphics Hyperlinks)
Experience with digital design and basic software development for testing hardware designs.
Experience with documenting designs and analysis per FDA certification process including hardware requirements, hardware detailed design, DFMEA, Risk Analysis, and testing requirements.
Experience designing communication interfaces between circuit boards including, CAN, USB, SPI, I2C, LVDS, and display boards.
Experience interfacing analog and digital sensors to embedded processors including air pressure, temperature, load cells, current measurement, etc.
Experience designing DC-to-DC switching power supplies.
Experience with designing for radiated emissions, ESD, cost, reliability, 10 years of production with limited obsolesce, and DFM
Experience developing wireless communications including Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and UWB
Experience with simulation including MATLAB Simulink and Multisim
