Duties will range from answering calls, responding to emails, following up, answering questions, processing orders, troubleshooting, tracking shipments, upselling, assisting with other projects, etc.

Qualifications:
* 1+ year of office, order processing, or ecommerce customer service experience required
* Bilingual English and Chinese or Spanish preferred
* Degree in business or related field a plus
* Willing to train someone reliable, willing to learn, and a team player with a great attitude
