Job Posting: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Location: Naperville, IL area
School Year: 2024-2025
Contract Dates: August 19, 2024 - June 2, 2025
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans.
• Provide direct behavior analysis services and consultation to students, teachers, and parents.
• Monitor student progress through data collection and analysis.
• Collaborate with school personnel to implement behavior support plans effectively.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide remendations based on behavior assessment findings.

Requirements:

• Masters degree from an accredited college or university.
• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Experience working with school-aged children preferred.
• Strong munication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
